I love to make girly and pretty floral cards but at the moment, I seem to have a whole lot of them in my stash and not enough masculine ones!

I started with a sheet & Dots Studio Paint Chips "Underpaper" and swiped DWM paint (Tangerine, Sedona, Black, Buff) across in places.

I have heat embossed the ID Chipboard butterfly in antique gold and the ID chipboard in black embossing powder with a hint of glitter.

The chipboard was inked with a combination of red, brown and black ink then heat embossed with clear and antique silver embossing powder.

I love the neutral and rough look that this gives the chippies. I then added some other embellishments on top of this chipboard piece.

I love the simplicity that the sewing gives – instant embellishment! Mind you – I can't sew a button on a shirt!

I have inked Nat's hand drawn leaves in a green distress ink, and heat embossed in white the title which I made from ID Alphas.

Then using an Imaginarium designs chipboard clock, which I have heat embossed with a shimmery black, then cut it in half and placed it under the photo.

Within this circle, I positioned a chipboard butterfly. I also used two tiny leaves from Imaginarium Designs in the corners of my card as a finishing touch.

It is so different having Imaginarium Designs chipboards to your projects! It makes it much more gorgeous having them, and I really enjoyed making these 2 ...

The Shiny finish on the chipboard nicely complements the black button embellishment.

The Fabulous Imaginarium Designs chipboard that I have used is the Starburst 2. To colour the chipboard I have used a black ink pad.

I used a gorgeous frame from Imaginarium Designs on this card as well. I made this frame brown with distress ink and also added a few gears and rhinestones ...

I treated my Chipboards with purple ink to compliment all the green tones on the page and popped some little flowers on the shapes to pull in the flowers ...

For the cogs I used a technique I learnt from Jane Tregenza, which was to use some gel glue and chunky embossing powder to get a really nice textured effect ...
